Customers may also be offered the option to create or access their account using Google Sign In, Facebook Login, or Sign in with Apple.
Information received from a social login provider is used to authenticate you, create or identify your Elodema Hair account, improve account security, and provide the customer services associated with your account.
Elodema Hair does not receive or store your Google, Facebook, or Apple account password.
3. Google Sign In
When you choose to create an account or sign in using Google, Elodema Hair may receive information authorized by you through Google.
For standard Google Sign In, this may include your Google account name, email address, profile picture, and a unique Google account identifier.
Elodema Hair normally requests the openid, email, and profile permissions for Google authentication.
We use this information to authenticate you, create or identify your Elodema Hair customer account, display appropriate account information, maintain account security, and provide services associated with your account.
Using Google Sign In by itself does not give Elodema Hair access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, Google Photos, or Google Calendar.
Access to another Google service is requested separately only when a feature specifically requires it and you choose to authorize that feature.
4. Google Calendar Integration
Elodema Hair may provide Google Calendar synchronization for authorized users.
Google Calendar access is separate from Google Sign In. Connecting your Google account for authentication does not automatically connect your Google Calendar.
If you voluntarily enable Google Calendar synchronization, Elodema Hair may access the calendar information required to synchronize appointments. This may include calendar event identifiers, event titles, appointment dates and times, event status, and other information necessary to create, update, read, or remove Elodema Hair appointment events.
Google Calendar information is used only to provide the calendar synchronization functionality requested by the user.
Where required to maintain the connection, OAuth authorization information such as access or refresh tokens may be securely stored. Elodema Hair does not receive or store your Google password.
We do not use Google Calendar information for advertising, marketing profiles, data brokerage, lending or credit decisions, or for training general artificial intelligence models.
Users may disconnect Google Calendar synchronization at any time through available account settings or by revoking Elodema Hair’s access through their Google Account.
5. Google API Data
Elodema Hair’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google user data is used only to provide or improve user facing features that the user has requested or authorized.
Elodema Hair does not sell Google user data.
We do not transfer Google user data to advertising networks, data brokers, or information resellers.
We do not use Google user data for personalized or interest based advertising.
Google user data may only be disclosed when necessary to provide the requested service with appropriate service providers, to maintain security, to comply with applicable law, or where the user has provided the appropriate authorization.

6. Facebook Login
Elodema Hair may allow customers to create or access their account using Facebook Login.
If you choose Facebook Login, Meta may provide Elodema Hair with information that you authorize through the Facebook login process.
Depending on the permissions you approve, this information may include your name, email address, profile picture, and a Facebook user identifier.
Elodema Hair uses Facebook information only to authenticate you, create or identify your Elodema Hair account, provide customer account functionality, prevent unauthorized access, and deliver services requested by you.
Elodema Hair does not receive your Facebook password.
We do not sell information obtained through Facebook.
We do not use Facebook Login information for purposes that are unrelated to the services described in this Privacy Policy.
Users may request deletion of information received through Facebook by following the Data Deletion instructions described in this Privacy Policy and on our Data Deletion page.
7. Sign in with Apple
Elodema Hair may allow customers to create or access their account using Sign in with Apple.
When you use Sign in with Apple, Apple may provide Elodema Hair with a unique Apple user identifier, your name if you choose to share it, and your email address.
Apple allows users to choose whether to share their actual email address or use an Apple private relay email address.
If you choose Apple’s email privacy feature, Elodema Hair may receive the private relay email address supplied by Apple rather than your personal email address.
We use information received through Sign in with Apple only to authenticate you, create or identify your Elodema Hair account, maintain account security, and provide our services.
Elodema Hair does not receive or store your Apple Account password.
We do not sell information obtained from Apple.

8. Booking and Appointment Information

Please provide the email address associated with your Elodema Hair account and identify whether you used Google, Facebook, Apple, or regular email login.
We may need to verify your identity before processing a deletion request to prevent unauthorized deletion of another person’s account.
Following verification, Elodema Hair will delete or anonymize personal information that is no longer required, subject to information that we are required or permitted to retain for legal, accounting, transaction, security, or fraud prevention purposes.
Deleting your Elodema Hair account does not automatically delete your Google, Facebook, or Apple account.
17. Revoking Social Login Access
You may stop Elodema Hair from accessing information through a connected authentication provider.
For Google, you may remove Elodema Hair from the third party connections or security settings of your Google Account.
For Facebook, you may remove Elodema Hair through Facebook’s Apps and Websites settings.
For Apple, you may manage Elodema Hair through the Sign in with Apple settings associated with your Apple Account.
Revoking a social login connection stops future access through that authorization but does not necessarily delete information already stored in your Elodema Hair account.
To delete information already held by Elodema Hair, submit a Data Deletion Request.
