Pricing and Fees

Booking Appointments
- Appointments can be booked online, over the phone, or in person.
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking, which will be applied toward your final payment.
- Ensure you book the correct service when scheduling online to avoid delays or rescheduling.
Consultations
- Consultations are highly recommended, especially for new clients or major transformations.
- During your consultation, our stylists will discuss your hair goals, provide advice, and assess the best options for you.

- If unsure about the service to book, please contact us for assistance before scheduling.
Service Re-Do’s
- Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 24 hours for a complimentary adjustment.
- Re-do services do not apply to changes in style preferences or issues caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Late Arrival Policy
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and deposits may be forfeited.
- Late arrivals impact subsequent appointments, so please plan accordingly.
Hair Cleanliness
- Please arrive with clean, detangled hair unless the service includes shampooing.
- An additional fee may apply if extensive detangling or washing is required before your service.
Before Your Appointment
- Review your booked service and ensure you understand the preparation requirements.
- Bring any relevant hair inspiration photos or notes to your appointment.
- Ensure children under 12, if receiving services, are prepared for their appointment.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
- No-shows and same-day cancellations will result in the forfeiture of any deposits and may require full payment for future bookings.
Kids Hair Policy
- Children under the age of 12 are classified as “Kids” for hair services.
- All children must be accompanied by an adult throughout their appointment.
- For the safety and comfort of all clients, children who are not receiving services should not be brought to the salon.
