- Our offerings are strictly limited to hair services provided in our salon.
- All braiding hair must be Pre-stretched.
2. Booking and Appointments
- Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in person.
- Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling or reduced service time.
- A 20% deposit is required for certain services to secure your appointment.
3. Payment Policy
- Full payment for services is required at the time of your appointment.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, debit, and major credit cards.
4. Refund Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable; however, you may reschedule your appointment one time without forfeiting the deposit.
- No refunds will be issued for services rendered
- If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please inform us before leaving the salon. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
- Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
6. Health and Safety
- Clients are responsible for informing their stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions that may affect the services provided.
- Elodema Hair Salon adheres to strict hygiene standards to ensure the safety of our clients and staff.
- Please arrive with clean, detangled hair unless the service includes shampooing, An additional fee may apply if extensive detangling or washing is required before your service
7. Kids Hair Services
- Kids’ hair services are available for children under the age of 12.
- A parent or guardian must be present during the appointment.
8. Liability
- Elodema Hair Salon is not liable for any damage or adverse reactions resulting from services provided if all necessary information was not disclosed by the client.
- By accepting our services, clients acknowledge and accept the risks associated with professional hair treatments.
9. Privacy Policy
- Any personal information shared with Elodema Hair Salon will be kept confidential and used solely for appointment management and communication purposes.
- We do not share client information with third parties.
