Elodema Hair Cancellation Policy

At Elodema Hair, we respect your time and aim to provide every client with the best possible experience. To maintain clarity, fairness, and professionalism, this Cancellation Policy applies to all appointments.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit confirms your booking and will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

Deposits allow us to reserve your time and prepare your stylist in advance. If the deposit is not received within the requested timeframe, we may release your slot to another client.

Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change. You may reschedule your appointment once without losing your deposit, as long as the request is made at least 48 hours in advance.

If you reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Communicating early allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients efficiently.

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will lose your deposit. We cannot transfer or apply it to future bookings.

In addition, cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled time may affect your ability to book certain peak-hour appointments in the future.

We recommend reviewing your schedule carefully before booking to avoid cancellations whenever possible.

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

If you do not attend your appointment and fail to notify us, your deposit will be lost.
Clients who repeatedly miss appointments may be asked to pay in full before making future bookings.

To help us serve everyone better, please reach out if an emergency prevents you from attending. Communication allows us to accommodate other clients and keep our schedule running smoothly.
