Welcome to Elodema Hair. By booking and using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before your appointment. These Elodema Hair Salon Terms and Conditions are established in accordance with Ontario and Canadian consumer protection laws.

1. General Information

Elodema Hair operates in full compliance with Canadian laws and Ontario salon regulations.

Our services are provided exclusively to clients seeking professional hair care, braiding, and styling. We do not provide home services; all appointments are conducted at our salon location.

All braiding hair must be pre-stretched before your appointment. This helps ensure quality, efficiency, and a clean result.

2. Booking and Appointments

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened service or the need to reschedule.

A 20% deposit is required for all services to secure your booking. Deposits are applied toward the total service cost on the day of your appointment.

3. Payment Policy

Clients must pay in full at the end of each appointment. We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards for your convenience.

Prices may change periodically to reflect product and service updates. Taxes apply according to Ontario law.

Furthermore, we always provide transparent pricing before service begins to avoid confusion.

4. Refund Policy and Service Adjustments

Deposits are non-refundable. However, clients may reschedule once without losing their deposit if they notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

We do not issue refunds for services that have been completed. If you are not satisfied, please let your stylist know before leaving. We will do our best to resolve your concern immediately.

Our goal is to ensure you leave confident and happy with your hairstyle. Therefore, we welcome feedback at the end of your service.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel without notice, you may forfeit your deposit or pay a cancellation fee.

Repeated no-shows can affect future bookings, and in some cases, we may ask for full prepayment to secure new appointments.

In addition, please contact us directly if an emergency prevents you from attending your appointment we value open communication.

6. Health, Hygiene, and Safety

Clients must inform their stylist about allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions that could affect their service. This information helps us choose safe and appropriate products.

At Elodema Hair, we maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards to protect both clients and staff. Our team disinfects tools, chairs, and workstations after every appointment.

Please arrive with clean and detangled hair unless your service includes shampooing. If extra time is needed for detangling, additional charges may apply.

7. Kids’ Hair Services

We offer children’s hair services for clients under the age of 12. A parent or legal guardian must remain present during the service.

Our stylists take extra care to ensure your child feels comfortable and safe throughout the appointment.

8. Liability and Client Acknowledgment

We always strive for safe and satisfying results. However, clients accept responsibility for disclosing any medical or hair-related information that could influence the outcome of their service.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept the normal risks associated with hair treatments, such as minor irritation, product sensitivity, or hair breakage.

If a problem occurs, we will make every reasonable effort to find a fair solution. Still, our liability does not exceed the cost of the service provided.

9. Privacy Policy

Elodema Hair Salon treats all personal information as confidential. We use your details only for booking, communication, and billing purposes.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Elodema Hair Salon may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We post significant updates on our website or share them directly with our clients.
